Most of us know what it’s like to feel scared, nervous, anxious, angry, resentful, hurt, sad, low, stuck, overwhelmed, lacking in energy, confidence, resilience, doubting ourselves.

If you’re anything like most people, you might express these feelings in an unhealthy way, for you or for others. Or, you might keep all these feelings to yourself, locked up inside. Either way, you’re not processing your feelings as they need to be.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or EFT Tapping, involves gentle, stress management techniques to help you learn to manage your feelings and thoughts to remain calm amidst everyday challenges.

Robyn Shepherd

Robyn Shepherd is a certified EFT Practitioner with 40 years primary school teaching experience. She is passionate about helping people of all ages to manage stress and grow self-worth, confidence and resilience. She guides people to the freedom to be themselves, to grow towards their highest potential and to welcome positive change in any area of their lives. She works mostly online and sometimes in person – running courses, giving talks and seeing individual clients.
