Breast screening mammograms can detect 8 to 9 out of 10 unsuspected breast cancers in women aged 45 to 69 if done every 3 years. For more information about what a mammogram involves please click here.
The Breast Screen Aotearoa mobile bus will be parked next to our building from Monday 23 August to Friday 17 September. Women aged 45-69 are eligible for free mammograms.
Appointments are essential – please phone 0800 270 200 and ask if you can visit the mobile bus when it’s at our Centre.
