Separation, Co-Parenting, and Wellbeing

Separation, Co-Parenting, and Wellbeing

A one-day workshop to help mums move from post-separation conflict to clarity, confidence, and quiet influence.

Separation is one of the most emotionally intense transitions a parent can go through. It can feel like you’re stuck in a stand-off, defensive and unsure how to move forward.

This interactive, reflective one-day workshop is for parents navigating conflict in separation who want to move from reactive, high-stress interactions toward more empowered, values-aligned co-parenting – even if right now you feel powerless and stuck. Transforming co-parenting conflict to collaboration starts with building a clear picture of who you are in your co-parenting – a grounded confidence that will set the foundation of your co-parenting leadership.

This course invites you to draw out and develop your own inner wisdom, identity, and courage to steer positive, quiet influence in your co-parenting.

In this 1-day workshop you’ll walk away with:

  • A grounded mindset for parenting through separation
  • Tools for setting effective boundaries
  • Insight into how your values and strengths can guide your parenting and reduce conflict
  • A framework to guide you in leading positive change in your co-parenting
  • An understanding why reason and logic often backfires in high-conflict co-parenting – and what works instead
  • Strategies to reframe, emotionally self-regulate, and take control of your co-parenting narrative

Meet your tutor - Rose Ewing

Rose has been a co-parent for 7 years, and in that time has moved from a high-conflict co-parenting relationship to one that is mostly collaborative and still evolving. By embracing particular psychological and philosophical approaches to life and relationships, she firmly feels that by changing herself and her behaviours, she radically transformed her entire co-parenting relationship.
