This one-day, supportive, interactive and practical workshop shares learnings from positive psychology and stoic philosophy to empower you to feel energised and motivated to create your own future – after all you are the hero of your own story.

Topics covered include:

  • Discovering your strengths and claiming your evolving identity
  • Applying the PERMA model of well-being to your own life
  • Understanding how emotions, behaviours, and needs affect outcomes
  • The power of reframing
  • Setting value-based goals

Since separating nearly 8 years ago, she credits this approach for positively transforming her separation and co-parenting experience. Rose also runs a 4-session workshop series called Transformative Co-parenting.
