Mindfulness through Meditation

Mindfulness through Meditation

Are you always caring for others, but forgetting to care for yourself? Do you find it hard to say no, even when your heart is begging for rest?

This one-day workshop at the Auckland Women’s Centre is an invitation to come home to yourself. Through mindful practices, gentle movement, and soulful reflection, you’ll reconnect with the deep wisdom of your body and spirit.

Together, we’ll explore:

✨ The art of compassionate boundary setting
✨ How to give from a full cup—without guilt
✨ Mindfulness and meditation tools for grounding and clarity
✨ Journaling prompts to honour your inner landscape
✨ Gentle yin yoga to soften the nervous system
✨ The crafting of your own boundary beads using semi-precious stones—a beautiful daily reminder to honour your energy
✨ Sacred rest and deep listening

We’ll share a nourishing lunch as we create a circle of connection, insight, and renewal.

This is your time. Your space. Your day to say yes to you.
We’d love to welcome you.

“Emma created a very warm and welcoming environment where we not only learnt the basics of meditation and how to set up and commit to a regular practice, but also learnt more about a number of areas in our life to help us become unstuck and honour what we truly want and need.”

“I absolutely loved this course. Emma was such an authentic, open and honest facilitator who held the space beautifully for our small group of women.”

“I loved the insights we gained from each other and from ourselves when we created the space for quiet. Thank you Emma from the bottom of my heart, I am so happy and grateful our paths crossed. I hope your talent and passion continue to touch the lives of many.”
