Using a blend of mindfulness and therapeutic art techniques this course will help you reduce stress and anxiety and develop new habits to reduce negative patterns of thinking and behaviours. You will finish this course with an improved self esteem, increased self-awareness and a reduction in negative thoughts and behaviours.

You don’t need to have any artistic talent!

Dinny

I was born and raised in Italy where I studied Art graduating as a Graphic Designer and Photographer. At the age of 25 I started traveling, and on my journey to personal growth, I got in contact with Yoga and I decided to dive deeper into this discipline, finally gaining my Yoga Teacher Training.
Since I was little, art has always been an essential part of my life along my journey. This powerful tool is my natural vocation, for this very reason I continued my personal and professional development and dove my knowledge towards different artistic disciplines particularly focused in self-healing, self-exploration and self-esteem.

On my path of learning, discoveries and personal achievements, my life purpose is to get closer to self-love by practicing conscious communication towards myself and others; to self-awareness by keeping myself engaged in the present moment; and to self-care by my ongoing commitment to myself with daily practices such as yoga, meditation, gardening, and reading.

Art Yoga was organically born from this belief, inspiring people to believe in themselves and honour who they are and their dreams.

Feedback from previous participants:

“Dinny and Gulia are wonderful hosts. They lead the sessions in such an inclusive and empathetic manner. Their love and passion for humanity is evident and they make each session feel special.”

“Every session was an opportunity to learn more about myself and about finding creative safe ways to express and explore the many emotions inside. It has given me a programme of self care and a way of giving to myself that I had not considered before.”

“I love that you do not need to be arty or creative, that is not the purpose of these sessions, it is the process which matters, the ability to let go of your self critic and to allow yourself to be free to be you.”
