Seeking a Programmes Manager
Are you keen to help lead a thriving community centre in empowering all wāhine and women?
This is a newly created role, and as such, there is scope to make your mark on it. The Programmes Manager, and her colleague, the Funding & Communications Manager, are jointly responsible for:
- Day to day leadership, input into WWTM strategy, and Board reporting
- Ensuring the activities of WWTM uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi
The specific spheres for which the Programmes Manager has lead (rather than joint) responsibility are:
- Managing staff in frontline roles (Women’s Support referral line, Solo Mums on Sundays, Community Education, Rainbow Women’s Social Nights and High School/Rangatahi projects).
- Relationships/liaison with some allied organisations
