Join Sandrine for gentle and energising yoga on a Saturday morning

Come along to Auckland Women’s Centre for a gentle vinyasa/hatha style yoga class, with elements of meditation, setting empowering affirmations, and visualizations.

Students will leave a class carrying more energy, peace and lightness into their day.

This one-hour yoga class is based on a koha exchange. No need to book, just turn up and have a chat to Sandrine on the day.

Sandrine Abumerhi

Sandrine is a certified yoga teacher and student naturopath.

She is passionate about sharing the medicine of yoga with others, helping people to deepen the connection and harmony between body and mind. When we drop out of our busy minds and into our bodies, this is where the magic and healing happens.

She teaches a mix of hatha and vinyasa style of yoga.
