Building a New Life After Separation

Surviving separation after a relationship can bring a range of emotions such as loss, anger, confusion and an invitation to build a new life

Over the course of one day, the group will be gently guided in an interactive environment where you can learn from each other, and share practical skills on ways to rebuild your life.

Part of rebuilding your life can include:

  • reclaiming your identity
  • identifying and setting boundaries
  • setting new life goals
  • redefining your values
  • exploring a new sense of self.

Danielle Turnbull

Danielle Turnbull is an accredited mediator and certified transition and development coach, with a focus on coaching women to reclaim their identities after separation and divorce. Danielle will complete her Masters of Legal Studies specialising in Dispute Resolution at the University of Auckland in June 2022 and is training to become an accredited Conflict Coach whilst undertaking a Bachelor of Laws. Danielle facilitates this workshop once a year, and was a participant in 2015. As Danielle experienced divorce as a teenager and as an adult woman, she brings with her a lens of experience and personal empowerment tips. She believes every woman has the inner strength to create their own road map to build a new life after separation.
